Main characters: Twelve princesses, one gardener, twelve evil princes, a wicked king, a good king, and many more! J Sound fun?
Exciting events: Oooo, yes!
My overall opinion: I enjoyed this retelling! One reviewer likened it to Gail Carson Levine’s Ella Enchanted and Beauty by Robin McKinley. They were similar! A re-told fairy tale. A fun read that I recommend to fairy-tale lovers!
