Nicholas Nickleby

Author: Charles Dickens
Genre: Life
My rating on a 1-10 scale: 7.5
Type: Fiction
Number of pages: 969
Time period: 1800’s
My overall opinion: I am exceedingly proud of myself – I read this whole book! 969 pages is a lot to read. Especially when it’s not riveting. The story was an interesting one…Dickens always has SO many subplots, not to mention strange characters! They even have strange names, like Smike and Squeers. I’m glad it read it, if only so I can say I did. J
