ReplyDeleteBirdienl, if you take enough pictures, you start seeing everything from a photography standpoint! No grasshoppers there? I never knew that. That's actually a praying mantis -- there aren't a ton here, but every once in a while, I come across one. That one -- I actually took the picture, and then went to take it from another angle. And then I noticed the twigs laying across the flower and went to brush them off. I admit, I almost screamed when I discovered that bug looking at me!
We do have grashoppers, but very small ones. Luckily in my opinion, because I don't think I would like meeting such a large creature you photographed. I can totally understand you screamed!
