Song: Be My Love

My rating on a 1-10 scale: 9.5
Singer: Katherine Jenkins
Type of music: Opera?
Length: 3:11
My overall opinion: This is one of my favorite songs by Katherine Jenkins. She's a beautiful singer! Oh, skip to second 18 to start on the song itself. :)

  1. I like Katherine Jenkins too! Her Welsh soprano voice is so lovely! She does sing in an operatic style and post of her songs are Italian arias or Welsh love songs.
I'd never heard her sing this song before. 'Be My Love' was first sung in a 1950's film 'The Toast of New Orleans' about a fisherman with an amazing voice who falls in love with an opera star soprano. The film featured arias from popular operas but 'Be My Love' was written particularly for the film. The song was nominated for an Academy Award. It is a lovely song! Thanks for posting!
