My overall opinion: I
enjoyed it a lot! Full of action, explosions, fast vehicles, guns…it was good,
very good. I would probably have given it a nine were it not for the rather
excessive language sprinkled throughout – you can find an apparently complete
list on IMDB. It IS rated PG-13. Other than that, it was a delightful and enjoyable movie – one
that I look forward to seeing again someday.

I'm a fan of the original series. I know we own the DVD of the movie, but I hesitate to watch it since it wouldn't be the same as the original series. Maybe one day I'll watch it, but I'm not sure. Maybe...
I can say that the original series had some mild language, but nothing too horrible (On TV, it's rated TV-PG).
But if you enjoyed the movie, check out the series (if you haven't already that is ;-) ). I really enjoy it.
