My overall opinion: Another awesome book by Bodie Thoene. I’ve only reviewed numbers 8-11 (and now 12) in this series, but I’ve read all of them. Each book (in case you’ve forgotten) is based on a story from the life of Jesus. The earlier ones cover His birth, and various miracles. This book concentrated on the story of the Samaritan woman who’d had multiple husbands, and was now living with a man who wasn’t her husband. Jesus met her at the well and told her about living water. Well, once again, Bodie Thoene totally made this story come to life. If you enjoy historical/Biblical fiction…this is one series you definitely want to check into.
One thing I don’t love about these books…about ¼ or maybe even 1/3 of each book is a study guide. At the end. So you expect the book to keep going, and the ending always (to me) feels sudden, since you have all these pages left. Although I’ve learned to expect it. J Other than that…I enjoyed this series.

Have you ever read "The Vienna prelude" ??

Ok, I was just wondering since I have got the Vienna prelude but it kind of ends....well maybe it doesn't really seem like and ending and I was wondering if it was only the first in a series or if it was a book to read by itself?? Do you know??

Naomi, off the top of my head, no, I don't know. I'm sure you could figure it out easily online, though! I almost think it's the second...but I'm really not sure.
