Take Four

Author: Karen Kingsbury
Genre: Life
Series: Above the Line series
Number in series: 4th
My rating on a 1-10 scale: 9
Type: Fiction
Number of pages: 360
Time period: Present
Passage from book: “Bailey Flanigan’s legs shook and her arms felt like limp noodles. Outside, the heat in the heart of New York City sweltered, the humidity some of the worst of the summer. If the dance studio had air conditioning, it wasn’t working. The mix of sweaty bodies and thick air made it almost impossible for Bailey or any of the dancers to catch their breath.”
My overall opinion: Bailey’s one of the college girls previously mentioned. J *sob* This is the last book in the series. L And it didn’t resolve everything either...to learn more, you have to start another series, the Bailey Flanigan series, with the first book Leaving. I can’t wait to read it! This was a pretty awesome series. I loved learning about everything talked about in here. J

Hi Charity!

I just went through your "Spotlight" posts and I love them sooo much! I had two questions - first, may I borrow your idea for my review blog? http://alyiannasreviews.blogspot.com/ If you don't answer soon, I may just have to go along with it...because it's too awesome to resist! :P

My second question is, could you do a spotlight on any of the following characters? Frodo (my favourite character ever!!!), Sam (or the two of them together), Edmund Pevensie, and/or Gilbert??? :D

Thanks for taking the time to read this post,
Alyianna :)

Alyianna,

Here's an idea...I was about ready to post asking for guest posters. Would you like to be one? You could come by and do a Spotlight, maybe on Frodo. I don't love him like you do. You could do Sam too. I'll do Ed at some point, he's on my list! Gilbert...go ahead!

Email me: charityu.austenite[at]gmail[dot]com

We'll arrange it there! :)

Charity

Oh! *hugs Charity so hard* THANK YOU so much!!! This is the first time I've ever been asked to do a guest post, let alone a few!!! :O Do you mind if I wait until I get my new gmail, though? My parents don't want me sharing my email address with anyone.

That's fine. :) I have (*calculates*) three emails myself, so. Let me know when you're ready!

Ok thanks! :) I have a school email...but it doesn't seem to work with emails outside of the school. I'm trying to hurry up my dad to help me with the gmail account as fast as I can. ;)
