Movie: Blind Side

My rating on a 1-10 scale: 9

Genre: Life, family

Primary actors: Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw, Quinton Aaron

Length: About two hours

Based on: The original story, which I've reviewed -- I Beat the Odds by Michael Oher

Time period: Present

Year it came out: 2009

My overall opinion: Wow, it was amazing. Not entirely accurate to the book (which I read a while ago) but good. I have to admit, I loved Sandra Bullock, but at the same time, wouldn’t use her as a role model – she’s not perfect and her relationship to her husband…well, she’s the boss. Not right. But it was a great movie and I’d highly recommend it! A few objectionable things…check out IMDB’s Parental Guide for them. This movie WILL impact you! You need to watch it if possible.

This was a great movie! I usually don't care for sport movies (a few exceptions here and there, but generally speaking, I don't), but I enjoyed this movie.

The moment I found out Sandra Bullock was in this movie I knew I had to see it :) I knew nothing about the story, but it sounded like a solid family movie and I've seen it with my family more than once. LOVED it!!! Such a great cast and the story is soooo inspiring :)

Miss Elizabeth, sports movies usually aren't my favorite either (at least in part because football is totally over my head) but this one was good!

Kara, I loved Sandra in here...amazing.
