A nice ending?!? What happened in the ending?? Must be different than the movie I watched...
Have you ever seen Bleak House, and have you gotten hold of Little Dorrit yet? ;-)
At the end, Estella sort of seems to repent of her pride, and it looks like Pip and Estella may have hope for their romance after all, though it's not sure. At least, that's my impression.
I haven't seen the GE movie. Don't recall reading many reviews of Bleak House either...Little Dorrit not yet. Mom is holding back because it's so long. :P But it's at the library, so hopefully within a few months! :)
Hmm...well, maybe it takes to much for me to be satisfied with an ending. ;-)
Do you have to read reviews of something to watch it? o.O
Well, yes, that's why it's a mini-series. Just watch a couple 1/2 hour episodes every night, and you'll be done with it before too long! =)
Too bad, because then you won't know whether to vote for Arthur Clennam in the hero tournment! ;-)
This is the only Dickens book I've read (I started listening to The Old Curiosity Shop), and I love it. :)
Have you seen BBC's version of Great Expectations? It is sooooo good!
